In one sentence: GrindX has no accounts and no servers. Your training data stays on your own iPhone — we cannot see it, take it, or send it anywhere.
GrindX（下称"本应用"）由独立开发者梁泽（Ze Liang）开发并运营，Apple 开发者账号主体为个人。本政策说明本应用如何处理你的信息。使用本应用即表示你已阅读并理解本政策。
GrindX ("the App") is developed and operated by independent developer Liang Ze (Ze Liang); the Apple Developer account is registered to an individual. This policy explains how the App handles your information. By using the App you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.
经你在系统弹窗中明确授权后，本应用会读取以下类别的数据：心率（含静息心率、运动中心率、心率变异性）、体能训练记录、体重与体脂率、步数、距离与卡路里。
上述数据仅用于在本机完成以下计算：训练负荷（CTL / ATL / TSB）、心率与功率区间划分、配速与心率脱耦率、单次训练的图表展示与历史记录。
With your explicit authorization in the iOS system prompt, the App reads these categories of data: heart rate (resting, workout, and heart-rate variability), workout records, weight and body-fat percentage, and steps, distance and calories.
These values are used only to perform on-device calculations: training load (CTL / ATL / TSB), heart-rate and power zone boundaries, pace-to-heart-rate decoupling, and the charts and history shown for a single workout.
若你授权位置权限，本应用仅在训练进行中记录轨迹点，用于绘制路线地图与计算分段配速。训练结束后轨迹保存在本机，应用不会在后台持续采集位置。
If you grant location access, the App records track points only while a workout is running, in order to draw the route and compute per-segment pace. After the workout the track is stored on your device; the App does not collect location continuously in the background.
本应用支持导入运动设备导出的 .fit 文件。文件在你手机上本地解析，不会上传到任何服务器。
The App can import .fit files exported by sports devices. Files are parsed locally on your phone and are never uploaded to any server.
当你通过邮件或应用内反馈联系我们时，我们会收到你自愿提供的信息（例如邮箱地址、问题描述、截图）。这类信息仅用于回复你的问题，不会用于其他目的。
When you contact us by email or through in-app feedback, we receive whatever you choose to send (for example your email address, a description, or screenshots). This is used only to reply to you and for no other purpose.
本应用对你的信息进行处理，依据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》以"取得个人同意"为主要合法性基础，以及《欧盟通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）第 6(1)(a) 条（同意）与第 6(1)(b) 条（为履行你主动使用的服务所必需）。
The App processes information on the basis of your consent as the primary lawful basis under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and under Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and Article 6(1)(b) (necessity for the service you request) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

本应用不集成任何第三方 SDK，所有功能均以 iOS 原生方式实现，因此不存在向第三方共享数据的情形。
订阅与内购的支付处理由 Apple 完成，本应用开发者不会收到你的银行卡号或支付账户信息；本应用仅通过 StoreKit 在本机读取你的购买状态以解锁对应功能。
如未来引入任何第三方服务（例如云端同步、社交分享），我们将先行更新本政策，并在你同意后才启用。
The App integrates no third-party SDKs; all features are implemented natively on iOS, so no data is shared with third parties.
Payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. The developer never receives your card number or payment account details; the App only reads your entitlements locally through StoreKit to unlock the corresponding features.
If any third-party service is introduced in the future (for example cloud sync or social sharing), this policy will be updated first and the feature will be enabled only with your consent.

我们会在收到请求后 15 个工作日内处理并答复。由于我们不持有你的服务端数据，绝大多数请求的答案是"数据只存在于你的设备上，请你自行在设备上处理"。
We respond to requests within 15 working days. Because we hold no server-side copy of your data, the answer to most requests is that the data exists only on your device and should be handled there.
本应用面向成年运动爱好者，不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，我们不会明知地收集 13 周岁以下儿童的个人信息。若你是未成年用户，请在监护人指导下使用本应用，并由监护人决定是否同意本政策。
The App is intended for adult sports enthusiasts and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a minor, please use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian, who decides whether to accept this policy.
本政策可能更新。重大变更会在应用内以弹窗或公告的方式提示你，并同步修改本页顶部的更新日期。继续使用本应用即表示你接受更新后的政策。
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be surfaced in the App through a notice or announcement, and the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change accordingly. Continuing to use the App means you accept the revised policy.
